Go ProCommission is based on merchandise after discounts, excluding shipping and tax. The cap applies to each completed order, regardless of item count.
You pay 1% of the order value up to 500 EGP, then a flat 5 EGP. A 5,000 EGP order pays the same as a 500 EGP one.

Starter charges 1%, capped at 5 EGP per completed order, so any order worth 500 EGP or more pays just 5 EGP. The base is the order's merchandise value after discounts, excluding shipping and tax. The cap applies once to the whole order, regardless of item count, not to the month. Orders cancelled or refunded before invoicing are excluded; contact us to review a refund after an invoice has been issued.
Starter has no monthly subscription and no expiring trial. Prepare your store and start selling: no completed orders means no commission. The monthly subscription applies only to Pro.
Both plans include the same product, stock, order, coupon and shipping tools, cash on delivery and WhatsApp support. Plans differ in their monthly subscription and commission.
Fees appear on an invoice in your dashboard. Follow its transfer instructions, then report your payment for review.
If each completed order is worth 700 EGP, Pro becomes cheaper than Starter at 300 monthly orders. The threshold depends on individual order values because each order is capped separately; use the cost calculator on this page with your own numbers.
Contact us to change plans. You can return to Starter with no monthly fee and 1% commission, capped at 5 EGP per order. Previously issued invoices keep their recorded amounts.
